MISSIONS DESTROYED. FOREIGNERS TAKE REFUGE ON STEAMERS. BRITISH GUNBOAT LEAVES FOR THE BCEXE. By Telegraph.— Press Association. -Copyr'ght. (Received 1 April. 16, 10 a.m.) PEKIK, 15th April. There is serions rioting- at Chang-sha, in the province of Hunan, owing to officials "cornering" rice. The Wesleyan and two other missions have been destroyed. Th© British Consulate and the Imperial Maritime Customs offices have been abandoned. Foreigners have taken refuge on a merchant steamer. A British gunboat is proceeding to the scene.
