Mr. H. A. Parkinson presided at a meeting of the Educational Institute, held last evening. Mr. G. Flux, who is in ill-health, and at present away recuperating, forwarded his resignation as president of the institute and delegate. The resignation was not accepted. Mr. Parkinson will act as his locum tenens at the conference. Miss Craig was elected delegate, vice Miss Rowley, refcigned.
