Gqorgo Thomas and Co. report wholesalo produce prices as follows : — N.Z. flour, £10, £11 10s; Australian, hIZ to £12 10s; whole fowl wheat, 4s 8d to 4s 9d j pollard, £5 ; bwCn, £4 ; prime A grade oats, 2s 4d to 2s (sd; B grade, 2s 3d; Algerian and Duns, 2s 3d to 2s sd ; oatmeal, £11; feed barley, 2s 6d; maize, 3s lOd to 4s; pearl barley, 15s owt; split peas, 16s 6d, 17s ; Prussian bluo peas, 5s 3d, 5s 6d; partridge, 4s to 4s 3d; Dorwent table potatoes, £6 to £6 JlOs; Up-to-dates, £5 15s to £6; now kidneys, £12 to £13; round varieties, £10; brown Victorian onions, £9 to £10; prime oaten sheaf Ghaff, £3 15s; baled straw, 455; cheese, 6jd, 6£d ; separator butter, Bid, 9d ; dairy butter, 7id, 8d; hams and bacon (factory), 8d to B£d; mixed fowls, 4s; ducks, 7s to 8s pair; fresh eggs, Is Id dozen; fungus, s£d per lb. In the Fruit Exchange, very high prices have ruled for all descriptions of fruit and vegetables. The market has depended on supplies from Sydn,ey and Melbourne, while from Nolson, Hawkes Bay, and local districts, spring products are filtering in slowly. Oranges, mandarins, lemons, apricots, cherries, strawberries, and tomatoes all find buyers at extreme prices. Tho blight is having an effect on the supplies of new potatoes, and to-day they touched the high value of 15s per cwt, but this prico can only bo looked upon as tomporary. Green peas, cupumbere, and all vegetables keep up last week's values, while evon for rhubarb now on the market a keen demand still exists. '■ i
