AN INTERPRETATION.
,-His Honour Mr. Justice Cooper deJivered judgment in the case New Zealand Times Company versus Commissioner of Police — an application for an interpretation under the Declaratory Judgments Act as to the legality or otherwise of an advertising scheme in connection with the plaintiffs' newspaper, for which prizes .were awarded. His Honour held that the court had no Jurisdiction.
