[SZ TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, Ist November. The magistrate dismissed an information against Maurice Coghlan, of the Provincial Hotel, charging him with selling liquor to an intoxicated person, on the ground that the evidence did not disclose a sale. An information against the barman of supplying liquor was also dismissed, on the ground that there was not sufficient evidence that tho man was drunk.
