COURT RETURNS. [BT TELEGBAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.! MASTERTON, This Day. The first quarterly returns from tho Magistrate's Court since the advent of no-license show a considerable falling off when compared with the previous quarter. For the quarter ending 30th September there were thirteen convictions for drunkenness, and for the previous quarter 85 convictions., while 73' persons were taken into custody, as against 220 for the preceding quarter, and 42 summarily convicted, as against 193.
