DISTRICT SCHEME IN OTAGO. IBs Tblegbaph.-— Special to The Post.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Alleged foul play on the part of a Zingari-Richiuond forward on Saturday last is to he investigated by the Rugby Union. Tho Rugby Union last night carried a motion affirming the principle of district football, while the Otago Association; (Soccer), which has had the district scheme in vogue for three years, rejected, by 15 to 11, a motion that the proposal be rescinded.
