A REVISED NOTE
SERVLA. ANB AUSTRO-fIUNGARY. Bj Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. BELGRADE, 10th March. Servia's revised Note to the Powers states that she is prepared to maintain normal and neighbourly relations with Austria, and demands from Austria no compensations — territorial or otherwise arising out of the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The latter is declared to be a European question, and Servia relies upon the equity o* the Powers in the matter. Servia's offer was made after the terms thereof had been revised by M. Isvolsky Russian Foreign Minister.
