The Chamber of Commerce has drafted resolutions for the forthcoming congress, advocating :—: — Extension of trade reciprocity betAveen Great Britain and her colonies. Co-operation in keeping British emigrants under the flag. Suggesting that the Postal Departments throughout the Empire should confer Avith the object of devising a scheme for cheaper cablegrams.
