CHRISTMAS TRAMS.
[By Telegraph. — Special to The Post.] DUNEDIN, This Day. In view of- the trouble at Wellington in connection with the running of the trains on Christmas Day, it is interesting to note that tho City Council here has bohed the difficulty by agreeing to allow all employees off for an hour and a half about midday.
