OFFENDER ADMITTED TO PROBATION. [BT TKLBGBAPK.— PBISB ASSOCIATION^ AUCKLAND, This Day. Thomas Joseph Ladd appeared before Mr. Justice Edwards for sentence on a charge of bigamy. The judge said he had decided to admit accused to probation for two years, as it did not appear he had deceived the woman with whom he went through a form of marriage. ETis main mistake seemed to have been committed before he went through tho marriage ceremony.
