Advices from Constantinople state that the Marquis Pallavicmi, the Austrian Ambassador to Turkey, has resumed direct communications with Kiamil Pasha, the Grand Vizier. ' • It is also reported that Austria is willing to assist Turkey financially in the construction of the proposed railway in the sanjak of Novibazar.
