Mr. Taylor, born in Goulburn in 1864 was Lord Mayor of Sydney from 1904 to 1906. Prior to that he was for six years Mayor of Annttndale. He is in partnership with R. MC. Anderadn, formerly Town Clerk of Sydney, the firm trading as timber merchants mid ship* owner*
