MORE BANQUETS.
[by telegraph.— -fuess association.] TAIHAPE, This Day. A meeting of supporters of Mr. Jennings, member for Taumarunui, was last night held at Ohakune It was decided to give a banquet to him, to be held in the Town Hall, Ohakune, on the 17th December. It is expected the Premier and Ministers and a number of members of Parliament will attend. WANGANUI, This Day. Mr. Hogan, M.P., and Mr. Mackay, who contested the seat against him, are to be entertained by their respective supporters next week. The former is to receive a presentation.
