TO-MORROW'S POLL. THE ARRANGEMENTS.

FOUR WELLINGTON SEATS. Second ballots are to be held in different constituencies throughout the Dominion. Four elections take place in Wellington. The names of the Wellington candidates and the districts are :—: — Wellington North.— P. G. Bdton (G ), A. L. Herdman (O.). Wellington East. — A. R. Atkinson (I.), D. M'Laren (Lab.). Wellington South.— W. H. P. Barber (G.), R. A. Wright (I.). Wellington Suburbs. — J. E. Fitzgerald (G.), J. P. Luke (G.). The hours of polling will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The same conditions with regard to the closing of shops and hotels as at the first ballot will apply to the second ballit. In the case of Wellington Central, where there is no second ballot, the usual course in regara to closing of business premises may be followed. The Mayor invites the citizens to observe the half-holiday on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. -A curious notion is prevalent — owing, no doubt, to the novelty of the second ballot— viz., that if a person has voted at the first contest -there is no necessity to vote again. This, of course, is quite erroneous. Every person who desires his or her vote to count must vote again at the second ballot. Arrangements have been made by the Evening Post to receive the results at the earliest possible moment. As soon as the numbers come to hand they will be displayed from the front office of the Post, Willis-street.
