ARRIVAL. November 6 — Tutanekai, s.s. (noon), 811 tons, Post, from Cook Strait. SHIPISRO DECAYED. There appears no moderation in the condition of the weather along various parts of the coast. West Coast advices to the Union Company, state that the Grey and Buller bus are still bad. At Westport the Flora, from Lyttelton, and the Rakanoa, from Wellington, are both outside, with little olinnce of crossing inwards to-night. A south-westerly gale is blowing at Greymouth, and a heavy sea is running on the bar. The Maponrika returned to Westport at L3O this afternooa, hope of crossing the Grey bar having been abandoned.
