SYDNEY, This Cay. The horse iMooltan was recently sold to go to India. It is understood the price was £2500, and 20 per cent, of any stakes tho horse may win prior to his departure. iMooltan is a br h by Positano— Dilisk, and was owned by Mr. J. Samuel. As a two-year-old he had no record, as a three-year-old he won the Carlingford Mile, and was second in theWelter at Rosehill, and as a four-year-old won the Spring Handicap at Sydney Tatts', was second in the Epsom 'Handicap, at the A.J.C. meeting and won the Metropolitan, and was second in the Melbourne Cup.
