Nicholls. M'Donald. VICTORIA DELAYED. A temporary disarrangement of her engines has delayed the Huddart-Parker steamer Victoria in the South. She left Port Chalmers at 4 o'clock last evening for Sydney via Wellington and Auckland, but had to put back at 8 o'clock this morning.
