By Telegraph.— Press AEsoEiation.—Copyright. (Recived March 2, 9.1 a.m.) LONDON, Ist March. Mr. Wallace, Magistrate at the Clerkenwell Court, quashed the Batteraea Bocough Council's three-penny rate for relief works for Unemployed, as infringing the Act of 1905, limiting such rate to a. halfpenny.
