SWAZILAND.
CREATION OF A POLICE FORCE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received March 2, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, Ist March. The creation of a Swaziland police force has been gazetted. Swazi»»nd, which passed with tho Transvaal under British rule in 1900, is now a protectorate administered by the High Commissioner for South Africa. The Swazi are a section of the Zulu race, and the native l'uler is the Queen Regent, Lobatsebeni. A resident commissioner, with assistant commissioners, judges, and other officers, administer justice and collect taxes.
