The Immigration Bill was read in the British Columbia Assembly a second time. In tho British Columbian Legislative Assembly, the measure, a Government one, designed to secuie the restriction of Asiatic: immigration on the lines of the Act in force in Natal, was read a first time about a fortnight ago.
