Captain Spinks," marine underwriters' surveyor, who had charge of tho salvage operations at tho Norwegian steamer Thode Fugeland — which, went ashore on the Cronulla. beach while voyaging 'from Adelaide ito Sydney — has' succeeded 1 , in getting the vessel off the rocks. The steamer — the prospects of saving which had been regarded as very slight — has been toy ed safely, to Sydney.
