HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL. DAY'S BAY-LOWRY BAY ROAD.

MfOTIOFi is hereby given that the Hutt j-^i County Council, at a Special Meeting duly convened for, r.nd held on the 21st November, 1907, pas,=cd the following resolution, that is to gay ; — SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECLiL RATE. In pursuance amd exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "Tho Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," the Ilutfc County j Council hereby resolves as follows, viz: — "That for tho purposes of providing interest and other charges on a Loan of | £150 (ten pounds per centum on Loan of j £1500) authorised to be raised by ihe Hutt County Council under the above-men-tioned Act for tho purpose of widening Mid construction of that * portion of the Day's Bay-Lowry Bay Road, situate in the County of Huti between the southern boundary^ of the Horougli of Lower Hutfc and the Northern boundars' of the Borough of Eastbourne, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of onc-Bixtieth of ai penny in tho pound upon tho Capital Rateable Valuo of all rateable property of tho No. 6 Special Rating District, comprising sections 33, 34, 62, 30, 29, 27, 25, 23, 21, 20, 22, 2>\, 26, 28, and 31, Block XVI., Belmout Survey District, and that f.uch special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during tho currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of Eueh loan, and being for a period of twentysix or until the loan is fully paid And Notice is hereby further given that the above resolution will be submitted for confirmation by way of Special Order, at a meeting of the* Hutt County Council, to bo held on'TUESDAY. the 14th day of JANUARY, 1908, at the Offices of the Council, 215, Larabtoci-quay, in the City of Wellington.
