The destroyer Tartar, which has just been undergoing her official trials, averaged, during a. continuous run of six hours' steaming, 35.363 knots. The Tartar is a tuibine boat of 770 tons, built by Messrs. Thoi'nycroft and Co. La6t month the British destroyer Mohawk did 34.25 knots on her trial trip. N
