AKAROA REGATTA.
Following are tho results of tho different events at the Akaroa icgatta, held on Monday last: — Senior Pair-oar Race. — Akaroa Boating Club (M. [iearacy, L. Ditely) 1, Canterbury R.C., 2. Youths' Four-oar-ed Race : Canterbury Rowing Club (L. A. Dougall, R. K. Fitaev, R. A. Tims, and A. Ross), 1; Avon R.C., 2; Akaroa 8.C., 3. Christchuivh R.C. also .started. Junior Double Sculls : Akaroa B.C. (B. Henning, F. Westenra), 1 ; Christ--chorch A.ft.C 2; Union R.C. 3. Lyttelton, Canterbury, and Cure pahs also competed. Maiden Four-oar Race : Akaroa B.C. (T. Clements, K. Woodill. W. Munro, C. Walker), 1; Lyttelton EC, 2; Union R.C, 3. Avon and Cantorbury (two crewo) also competed. Maiden Double Sculls: Akaroa R.C. (P. Glynan, W. Munro), 1; Lyttelton R.C, 2; Avon R.C, 3. Union, Chrirstchurch, and Canterbury teams also started. Handicap Sailing Race : L. J. Vangioni's Waterbeetle, ] . Senior Double Sculls : Akaroa Boating Club's pair {J. Woodill and J. Whelch) rowed over the courso, and took the prize. Junior Four-oared Race: Union R.C. (D. Mahoney, J. Blackmore, E. O'Brien, H. R. Mansfield), 1 ; Lyttelton R.C, 25j2 5j Avon R.C, 3. Youths' Double Sculling Race : Lyttelton R.C (J. Green, J. Gallavin), 1; Union R.C, 2; Akaroa R.C, 3. Christchurch, Canterbury, and Cum loams also compotcd. Senior Four-oar Race : (Jantorbuiy R.C. (11. S. llobbs, .S. J. Guthric, H. R. Brittan, E. C. Little), 1: Akaroa 8.C., 2; Union R.C, 3. Lyttollon team also competed.
