A NEW BUILDING IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received July 31, 9.32 a.m.) SYDNEY, 31st July. The Governor, Sir Harry Rawson, laid the foundation stone of the Young Men's Christian Association's new building, which will cost, with fittings, £34,000.
