A DISAPPOINTED ITALIAN. [BY TELEGIIArn. — PKESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. An Italian named Jems Mami sued N. C. Bassi in tho Magistrate's Court today for £3 odd. Bassi calls himself a medical herbalist, and made a contract with Mami to restoro his hair for £5; a deposit of £Z to be paid, but to be refunded in caso the hair failed to grow. It did fail. Bassi said his directions for treatment were not attended to. The magistrate said tho only cure for baldness was a wig, and he gave judgment for the plaintiff.
