THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENTIONS. Etbess association.! LONDON, 16th October. j The Right Hon. J. E. Ellis, Undersecretary for India, speaking at Hucknall Torkard (Nottinghamshire), 1 said the Government intended to simplify the complicated system of government in Ireland. It would institute reform at Dublin Castle and co-ordinate the various boards. He hoped before this Parliament ended a strong move would be made in the direction of real selfgovernment in Ireland.
