(Received September 15, 8.33 a.m.) HAVANA, 14th September. The bulk of tho Denvev'c bluejackets has re-embarked. AH the Cuban officials have resigned, and the .municipal district .has been placed under the order of General Rodriguez and rural guards. An American detachment has landed at Cienfuegos, which the insurgents are besieging. _____________
