♦ VIEWED THROUGH GERMAN SPECTACLES. [fbess association.] (Received June 23, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd Juno. The German trade imions' delegates, after a tour through Britain, report that wages are lower than in Germany. They prefer German measures for the safety and well-being of workers. The delegates add that the head workmen in Britain are paid higher wages at I the expense of the majority of employees.
