Fletcher) arrived trim Auckland this morning after a rough trip which occupied three weeks. The vessel encountered some very heavy weathej-, and lost several nails on the trip. She sailed from Auckland on the 2nd June, and made a. good run down to. Palliser, which was sighted on the 7th. At this point $he wind hauled round to the south-west, and the weather became thick. Captain Fletcher ran back to OastJepoint, but aa he could not get in there went on to Cape Kidnappers, where lie sheltered for two days. Another etart was made but bad wnather compelled the vessel to return up tho coast once more. Shelter was sought at tho Kidnappers,- but ns the scow commenced to drag in the heavy sea, she But in to the Napier, breakwater on the 15th. apier was left behind- on the 17th, and Wellington mad* as above. The cargo for this port amounts to 58,000 ft of toiara timber. RECORD CARGO FROM NEW YORK. According to the Sydney Herald the Tyser lino 6teanier Indralema... which arrived at Sydney from New York via Melbourne, last week, brought the largest cargo that has ever reached Sydney from New York directnamely, 5013 tons— 3762 tons measurement and 1251 tons weight. The cargo consists ot various kinrte of American merchandise, and includes 40,000 cases of kerosene (400,000 gallons), 1335 rolls printing paper, 1674 steel rails each 40ft long, 2300 bundles splices, tobacco, maohinery, nuils, wire, pipes, glassware, cartridges, etc., making a total of 15,000 packages of general merchandise. ' Only 50 days were occupied in the run from New York to Melbourne, and upon urrival at Port Phillip it was necessary for the steamer to pump out her water tanks to lighten her draught to 25ft to enable her to nxvijMte the Ynrra. The Indralema landed over 2000 tons of cargo at Melbourne, nnd she also- has a, quantity of caigo for New Zealand. Tlio New Zealand and African steamer Fifeshire is expected to complete loading this week, and is to sail finally from Port Chalmers on Monday. The Oswestry Grange, of the New Zealand and African lino, is to leave Auckland for Wellington to-morrow. From this port she is to go on to Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, Bluff, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. The steamer Breiz Hue], now discharging at the Railway Wharf, -'is ■•expected to sail for Lyttelton and Duiwdin on Monday noxt.
