OUTRAGE BY RUSSIANS.
JAPANESE SAILORS MURDERED. [PBZSS ASSOCIATION.] (Received June 22, 8.30 a.m.) TOKIO, 21st June. Russians at Tigil, in Kamschatka, murdered ten members of the crew of a Japanese schooner, and retained eight survivors as slaves, the hitter being maltreated and almost starved.
