STRIKES IN THE PROVINCES. (Received June 16, 8.30 a.m.) St. PETERSBURG, 15th June. Strikes have occurred at Kertch, Odessa, Tula, and in many other provincial towns. Two thousand peasants vainly fried to stop the St. Petersburg-Sebastopol express train. They broke the windows of the train. WORK OF AN ANARCHIST. ST. PETERSBURG, 15th June. During a Corpus Christi procession at Biolstok, a Jewish anarchist threw from I a balcony a bomb which lulled many people,.. including a clergyman. The windows of the Jew's house were simultaneously- peppered with revolver shots. A crowd of eoldiera surrounded other houses, and fired volleys through tho windows. Meanwhile the processionists and \ others sacked tho Jewish shops, and killed and wounded hundreds of Jews.
