PROPOSAL FAVOURED BY ITALY. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] ROME, 15th June. Tho Italian Chamber of Deputies cheered a resolution by Signor Titteni, 'Minister for Foreign Affairs, and also the speech of Sir Edward Grey (British Foreign Secretary) in favour of simultaneous disarmament. Signor Tittoni added that Italy would support Britain's generous initiative at The Hague Conference.
