WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION.
LONDON, 14th June. The House of Commons- in committee on the Workmen* Compensation Bill, by a narrow majority, accepted MV.' Wedgwood's amendment, empowering the Home Secretary to compel industrial employera to insure in any approved mutual trade insurance scheme.
