CONGO FREE STATE. KING LEOPOLD'S POSITION.
[PRKSS ASSOCIATION.! (Received June 15, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 12th June. The Times and tho French journal Debats declare that King Leopold's denial of the right of the signatory Powers to intervene in the Congo territory is untenable. The Times warns King Leopold to show an appreciation of his responsibilities.
