The Committee of the Melbourne Cricket Club has passed a resolution recommending the Marylebone- Club not to send a team unless invited to do so by all the cricketing bodies in Australia. The committee suggests that tiho composition of the Board of Control bo left in abeyance until the conclusion of' the cricket season, that the cricket) bodies unite and invite a team to visit the coolnjes, and that a conference be held I in May of next year to decide tho constitution of the Board of Control.
