[BT TELEGRAPH. — PBESS ASSOCIATION^ CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. There is friction. in regard to tho Government Dairying Department and the Chief Inspector (Mr. Kinsella). Tho matter has beon referred to the Premier and Minister for Lands for an adjustment of the difficulty. Th 0 resignation of Mr. Gilruth, Chief Veterinarian, has been referred by Cabinet to the Premier and the Minister for Lands. The point at issue is the desire on the part of Mr. Gilruth for tho creution of a Veterinary Department.
