REPORTED DISSENSIONS.
(Received July 19, 9.32 a.m.) LONDON, 18th July. Replying to a question concerning Lord Halsbury's reported resignation, owing to the redistribution proposals, Sir Acland Hood, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury, denied there were any dissensions in the Cabinet. Mr. Winston Churchill accused Mr, Balfour of gross, unpardonable, and flagrant ignorance in matters for which he was responsible.
