Martial Jaw at Odessa- will Jbo continued for six months, despite the ap.peals of merchants. A company of Cossacks at FgieTZ, near Lodz, refused their dinner owing to the badness of th© food. On© of their number, named Khazanov, was deputed to demand doubl© rations, better food, and arrears of pay. The captain shot th© delegate dead with a revolver. The Cossacks persisting in their demands, were surrounded by infantry, who bound and imprisoned the rebels.
