Tho chargo is stated to bo in connection with certain irregularities alleged to have token place whilst Morrin wus managing director of tho company. MR. MORRIN MISSING. AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. Thomas Morrin is missing. He was seen driving down Queon-streot in a cab nt 3.15 o'clock yesterday afternoon. His name appears among the passengers on tho Zealandia, which left for Sydney last night, but it is stated the vessel was searched and ho was not abnaul. It is known that Mr. Morrin did not go homo last night, and his whereabouts aro a complete mystery.
