Ho also fired at Iho other woman, but mis.ted and rodo away. Mrs. Burgess received medical attention, and wns brought into Ashburton Hospital. She is in a precarious condition. Burgess, hor husband, a man about thirty, was afterwards found drowned in a water-hole.
