The Russian lleet is now coaling at Jibutil (a French port in East Africa, on the 1 Gulf of Aden) from their own colliers, and arc also taking in supplies. , THE FLEET'S CHANCES. RUSSIAN OFFICER'S OPINION. LONDON, Bth December. Captain Clado (one of the officers of the Baltic fleet -ttho bas been detained to 'appear before the International Com1 mission), writing to the Novoe Vremya, says the Baltic fleet has not a lighting chance against Admiral Togo.
