PROCEEDINGS AT THE ENQUIRY. [BY TELEGEAPH — PKESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, 25th' October. At the Hospital Commission to-day furthere evidence regarding the treatment of former patients was taken. One of the ex-patients examined made complaints about the food supplied, and his treatment in general. Dr. Constance Frost, honorary bacteriologist and pathologist at the hospital, was examined in reference to the presence of the senior medical officer in the laboratory. He said he had not been there lately, but formerly he was there so much that he interfered -with her work. He had made anthrax cultures, a practice of which she did not approve in an operating surgeon on account of tho danger attached to it. So far as she knew no ill effects followed his making these cultures. '
