[BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] PALMERSTON N., This Day. Arthur Brown, one of the ballast gang, was run over by an engine yesterday afternoon. His foot was almost severed from the leg. Brown was a recent arrival from Australia, and only started work yesterday.
