MARSHAL OYAMA'S PLANS.
(Received October 4, 8.54 a.m.) LONDON, 3rd October. The Daily Telegraph's Sinmingting correspondent says one theory is that FieldMarshal' Oyama is awaiting the fall of Port Arthur for reinforcements. Another supposition is that he is keeping his troops at Yentai quiescent, while he is secretly attempting to outflank General Kuropatkin's left.
