I reported to bo coaling three Russian cruiser» oflf Capo July, on tho north-west const of Africa, left Barry, Wales, with 2600 tons of steam coal for Las Pulmaa ou the 10th inst. Latterly Germans have acquired seventy thousand tons of similar coal, and it is now believed, inasmuch as it has been conMigned to North-west Africa, that tho coal us intended for Russian cruisers.
