FALL IN CONSOLS.
LONDON, 24th August. Imperial Consols are quoted at £87 17s 6d, a drop of 12s 6d since last Friday. Tho fall is due to fears of possible complications arising out of tho seizure of neutral shipping by Russian waxships. War risks under the British flag aro four-fold those obtaining in the case of Frenoh and German vessels.
