GERMAN COMMERCIAL TREATIES.
[PBEBB ASSOOIATIOIT.I BERLIN, 14th November. The Commercial Treaties Association, claiming to represent economic interests to the value of five million sterling, has urged Count Yon Bulow, the Chancellor of tho Exchequer, to prolong the existing German commercial treaties for ten, or at least five years, since a year-to-year policy would render the existing depression permanent.
