1 1 SUGGESTED NEW LINE 0? STEAMERS. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.! (Received November 14, 9.25 a.m.) OTTAWA, 13th November. Sir William Mulock, Postmaster-Gen-eral of Canada, addressing the Ottawa Board of Trade, recommended the establishment of a new cargo line to South Africa, He said that eventually it would lead to a direct line between Eastern Canada and Australia.
